Private Bed & Breakfast is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. The personal data will only be used as permitted by the EU - Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). For this reason we work with SSL encryption. Please note, if you follow a link to another website, you can no longer be protected by this policy. It is advisable to check the privacy policy of each website.

WHO PROCESSES YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data - i.e. data that identifies you or by which you can be identified - will be collected, processed, stored and used by us for processing a booking or will then be transmitted to our hosts who are in our offer and also processed by them. This means that by using Zimmer-guenstig you consent to the transfer of your personal data and declare that you agree to such transfer of data.

DATA WE COLLECT

Upon request you will provide us with your personal data. The following data or at least a part of it is regularly needed: Your full name, address, telephone number and email address. Personal data will also be provided to us on other occasions. Guests and hosts have the right to receive information about the processing of their data.
When you fill in the booking request, we will send the data entered there to the host of your choice.

Your title and your first name and surname,
Your e-mail address,
your desired booking period (arrival and departure date),
The desired number of persons,
The type of room, if you have specified it,
Your telephone number, if you have entered it,
your mobile phone number, if you have entered it,
your company name, if you have given it,
The content of your message, if you have written a message.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal data will be used for the execution of bookings and also for the processing of payments made to us by landlord customers, for the assistance of our users and for further purposes, which are listed in this data protection regulation and the general terms and conditions (GTC).
For the use of the portal as tenant a transmission of personal contact data is necessary for the establishment of contact with the landlord as well as the reservation inquiry process. Necessary mandatory data are name, address data and telephone, e-mail address.
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, with the following exceptions:
1) if a third party provides services on our behalf and has undertaken to treat such data confidentially (such as payment via PayPal or the execution of an online transfer); and
2) to us affiliated companies/providers, but only for the purpose of implementing this agreement.
All e-mails between Zimmer-favorably and the guest are immediately deleted after cancellation of a reservation inquiry. If you book accommodation, these e-mails will be deleted no later than 3 days after departure. Your data will not be used for a newsletter.

PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AFTER RECEIPT

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised or illegal processing of your personal data or unintentional loss, destruction or damage to your personal data (SSL encryption). In addition, this homepage is protected by an integrated web application firewall (ModSecurity). Of course, no system is completely secure, but the measures we implement adequately reduce the likelihood of security problems. We take appropriate security measures on site to protect our data. Furthermore, access to our data is only possible for certain internal persons. However, it is the responsibility of each host:
a) to prevent unauthorized access regarding your use of room-favorably;
b) to ensure that no one else uses the room favourably while the host is logged in;
c) in the event of non-use, to log out of the room or leave the website; and
d) to keep the password or other access data secret.

INFORMATION, REVOCATION AND DELETION

Right of information and revocation
Everyone has the right to obtain information about the processing of personal data.
According to Art. 12 para. 1 sentences 2 and 3 DS-GMO, information may be provided to the data subject in writing, electronically or - at the request of the data subject - orally, as the case may be. If you submit your request for information electronically, the information pursuant to Art. 15 para. 3 sentence 2 DS-GMO must be made available in a conventional electronic format. Information must be provided without delay in accordance with Art. 12 para. 3 DS -GVO, but at the latest within one month. In the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, an appropriate fee may be charged for the information.
Information about their origin, recipients or categories of recipients to whom this data is passed on and the purpose for which it is stored can be provided.
If you have given your consent to the use of data, you can revoke this at any time.

Deletion of data
Pursuant to Art. 17 para. 1 DS-GMO, it may be required that personal data must be deleted immediately by the person responsible at the request of the data subject and/or under certain circumstances without the request of the data subject. Art. 17 para. 1 DS-GMO specifies the following cases
The need for processing to achieve the purpose has been eliminated.
(If a booking has not been made, your e-mails will be deleted immediately. If a booking has been made, it will be deleted no later than 3 days after departure.
The data subject has withdrawn his/her consent and there is no other legal basis.
The personal data have been processed unlawfully.
The obligation to delete pursuant to Art. 17 para. 1 shall lapse if, in accordance with
Art. 17 para. 3 DS-GMO processing is required
to fulfil a legal obligation,
to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

Retention period:
There is a 10-year retention period (§ 147 Paragraph 3 in conjunction with Paragraph 1 Nos. 1, 4 and 4a AO, § 14b Paragraph 1 UStG) for the following documents:
Books and records,
Annual financial statements,
Posting documents,
Invoices.

Your personal data may only be disclosed if we or another provider processing your data on our behalf is legally obliged to do so or if a legally binding, valid request has been made by a law enforcement authority.

DATA PROTECTION VIOLATIONS:

In the event of hacker attacks, we will inform the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA) within 72 hours in the event of data protection violations.

COOKIES

Cookie popup:
The cookie information popup sets a cookie as soon as the user closes it so that it is not displayed again on every page. The cookie is stored for 360 days. It is not suitable for identifying the user.

Google Analytics:

Smartphone Layout:
Our website has an activated smartphone layout and the plug-in "Smartphone" is active, giving visitors the opportunity to choose between desktop and mobile layout. Your choice is stored in a cookie that is not personalised and is valid for one year.

You Tube - Videos:
A YouTube video is available in most offers. You Tube may store, transfer and/or set cookies on your computer. We have no influence on whether, how and to what extent this happens, and the service provider can also change the behaviour at any time. Before the visitor of our website accesses a YouTube video, this should be noted.

Pay with PayPal:
You can also pay a deposit via PayPal. There is no interface between PayPal and www.zimmer-guenstig.de. With a PayPal payment however the following is to be considered. Access counter:
The function "Unique visitors instead of counting page views" is activated, therefore a cookie is set to recognize whether the visitor has already visited the current page during the session. The cookie is deleted at the end of the session and is not personalized. It is not suitable to identify the visitor.
