In our guestrooms you get breakfast rolls or bread and coffee and/or tea. At the guestroom Gerd, Walter and Norbert you only get tea or coffee. If you stay in an apartment breakfast is not included, because the host don't stay in the same flat.

You always get new bed linen and towels.
|
|
|
|
It could be a problem to find a parking place. Most of the accommodations are close to the center. During the Oktoberfest, the last 2 weeks of September, it's almost impossible to find a parking place. Ask the host for a tip.
The city center of Munich is a restricted parking area. We recommend to find a parking place at a “park & ride” – place. These parking place are costless or cheap and you can go by underground or suburbian train to the accommodation.

Of course you' ll receive a front doorkey. Before departure, could you please leave it in the guestroom on the table or in the letter box.

Kids are welcome. Please notice that you are in a private household. Take care of them.
You don’t have to pay for your chilld till the age of 3. Between 4 till 10 years you have to pay 50 %. Important ist not only the age. The prices depends of the kind of bed you need for the child. A normal bed = 100 %, guestbed = 50 %.

Please do not smoke in the guestroom /apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony or in front of the house or in the yard.

- booking question without obligation: At the booking form you can choose your favourite host
- offer (price): After we checked our vacancies you get as soon as possible an offer with the complete price, which host and a pic of the accommodation
- acceptance: within 48 hours we need your decision.
- deposit: if you accept our offer you have to pay the deposit at once to make sure the booking.
- information about the host: After we get the deposit you receive all the information of the accommodation (address, way description, small map as a pic).
- arrival time: All hosts have a main job. Therefore you have to arrange the arrival time with them. If you not on time, please call the host as soon as possible
- arrival / payment: After the introduction you have to pay cash at once. We don't can accept credit cards or other payments.

You also can pay with PayPal. You have to pay the charge for it.
How do I send money with paypal ?
You send money by clicking the Send Money tab, then clicking either the Pay Anyone or Pay for eBay Items subtab, and filling out the form. When you send money through the Pay Anyone subtab, you are asked to choose a payment type. The payment types are:
Goods (other): Select this to pay for non-auction goods
Service: Select this to pay for a service
Quasi-Cash: Select this to send money not involving an underlying good or service. If you use your debit or credit card for this, your bank may treat it as a cash advance and charge cash fees. PayPal has no control over these fees. If you select Quasi-Cash you may want to use a payment method other than a credit card to avoid potential fees.

The 2008 newly introduced in January SEPA process (single euro payment area) builds on the EU standard transfer and should especially for all transfers within the euro-states apply.
The SEPA transfer should guarantee that a transfer requires maximum of 3 working days until the amount the recipient is credited.
No increased fees fall to transfers within the EU/EEA States and Switzerland.
SEPA and EU standard transfers can be run only in euros; it requires the IBAN (international bank account number) and the BIC (bank identifier code).
It is recommended the EU standard transfer or the SEPA transfer payments within the EU/EEA area and Switzerland for use.

If you cancel your booking we can' t refund the deposit.
We offers private accommations, normaly it’s not possible to find another guest for the host for the same period.
We suggest you to get a trip cancellation insurrance.

Please notice that all hosts have a main job and can’t offer a 24 hour readiness.
At your arrival we need time for you to introduce you, answer your question and give you some information.
Therefore you have to arrange the time of arrival with the host.
The arriving is possible at following times:
Ü Monday - Thursday ...18 - 22 o’clock
Ü Friday..........................15 - 22 o’clock
Ü Satureday / Sunday......9 - 23 o’clock
The former guest can stay till 12 o’clock. After it we have to prepare the room for you. This takes a little bit of time.

At the day of departure you have to leave the flat at 12 o’clock. Otherwise you have to pay 50 % of the daily price. Please inform us if you departure later in advance.

If you damage something, you have to pay at once. We can't refrund damages you caused yourself by using our flat.
